Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AllSeats, including access through an AI agent such as Muse. By using AllSeats you agree to them.

What AllSeats is

AllSeats is an informational service. It reads publicly available listing data from live event ticket marketplaces and returns comparative pricing, availability and links. That is the entire scope of the service.

What AllSeats is not

• We are not a ticket seller, broker, or marketplace. We hold no inventory and we sell nothing.
• We do not process payments. Any purchase you make happens on a third-party marketplace, under that marketplace's terms, with you present.
• We are not affiliated with any marketplace. AllSeats is independent of Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick, Gametime and every other ticketing platform. Their names appear only to identify the source of a price.

Accuracy

Ticket pricing and availability change continuously, sometimes within seconds. Prices we report are point-in-time readings from third-party sources and may be stale, incomplete, or superseded by the time you act on them. A listing we show may already be sold. Always confirm the final price on the marketplace before purchasing. We make no warranty that any price, fee calculation, seat description or availability status is accurate or current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AllSeats to:

• Automate the purchase of tickets, or assist in doing so, including at onsale.
• Circumvent, evade or interfere with any marketplace's security measures, queue systems, access controls, or posted purchase limits.
• Violate the Better Online Ticket Sales Act of 2016 or any comparable federal, state or local law governing ticket sales.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish AllSeats data as a competing product or dataset.
• Exceed published rate limits, or access the service by means other than the documented interface.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this section, without notice where the conduct is ongoing.

Third-party marketplaces

When you follow a link from AllSeats, you leave our service. The destination marketplace's terms, privacy practices, fees, delivery methods and refund policies govern that transaction entirely. We are not a party to it and have no ability to modify, cancel, refund or fulfill any order you place.

Availability

AllSeats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream data sources may change, restrict or withdraw access at any time, which may reduce coverage without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllSeats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or the cost of substitute tickets, arising from your use of the service — including any purchase you make or decline to make based on information we provided. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AllSeats against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and surfaced through the connector before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. [Confirm entity jurisdiction before publication.]
